A renovation project completed in 2018. This home is located in Gauteng and the project involved new building work as well as extensive renovation work.House size is approximately 750m². Our concept was to open and de clutter spaces. The process allowed us to add new functional rooms and update the elevations. Effort was made to introduce flow between the garden and the structure by seamless access between living space, patio and outside .The reception spaces all flow into each other, opening up onto the garden.
