This project focused on creating spaces for kids to play, relax and sleep in. The house has a thatch roof and original terracotta tiles. Instead of breaking out the tiles we laid new flooring over the existing, lending flexibility for future refurbishment projects. The existing wall and window finishes were modified as well as the service areas such as the kitchen.
